Quiche

Ingredients:

For the pastry

1 cup of flower of your choice (120g)

3 tbsp of margarine or butter (60g)

Salt

Mix everything together and rest it in a form for 15 minutes.

For the filling

2 eggs

250 g of whatever meat or vegetable you would like

1 box of milk cream (250g)

Basil or parsley

Bring it to the over (180 C) for 25 minutes

Chocolate mug cake

This one literally takes 1 minute

Ingredientes:

1tbsp + 2tsp cocoa powder of your choice

3 tbsp flour of your choice

⅛ tsp salt

2tsp sugar of your choice

¼ tsp baking powder

2-3 tsp coconut or vegetable oil

½ tsp vanilla extract

Chia pudding

With this one you can be creative, I will just give you the basics and you can add chocolate, fruit, almonds, or whatever else your heart desires.

Ingredientes:

Base

1 cup of milk of your choice

2 tbsp of sugar of your choice

¼ cup of chia seeds

Here it the part where you can add chocolate, almonds, fruit, honey:

2 tbsp of cocoa powder of your choice

1 tbsp of raisins

1 tbsp of sliced almonds

Only downside with this dessert is that it can be eaten right away. You will need to let it rest for a few hours, so that the chia seeds can soak in all the milk.
