Skyr is a typical Icelandic breakfast. It is a yoghurt-cheese, comparable to greek yoghurt. It is super high in protein and eaten with milk and berries.

Semmel and Kornspitz are typical Austrian breads eaten at breakfast. They can be eaten with butter, honey, jam, ham or cheese. They are always eaten with a cup of coffee.
